If I could give Laura more than five stars, I absolutely would. I was selling my home while living on the other side of the world and had already had a negative experience with a different realtor. One of my biggest concerns was trying to manage repairs, contractors, showings, paperwork, and all of the little details from such a distance. Laura completely eliminated that stress for me. From our very first interaction, she stood out. I initially sent an email around 10 p.m. CST. Instead of replying the next morning, Laura reached out to me on WhatsApp that same night, and we ended up speaking by phone. Admittedly, I can be high-strung when I need to depend on other people, especially when I cannot physically be there to oversee things myself, but Laura came across as personable, knowledgeable, and reassuring. She earned my trust almost immediately, and she continued to earn it throughout the entire process. Laura was incredibly responsive and kept me informed every step of the way. I never had to wonder what was happening, chase her down for an update, or try to figure out what the next step was. She made sure I knew what was happening, what needed to happen next, and when it was being handled. What impressed me even more was how hands-on she was. She looked at several different paint colors and went to the house with color swatches to show me how each one would look. She also went in person to compare different carpet options before making any suggestions. She coordinated an amazing contractor who was able to handle multiple repairs and improvements instead of leaving me to manage several different people from thousands of miles away, and I still stayed under my planned budget. Her network of contractors and professionals was excellent, and she stayed on top of everything to make sure the house was ready. And the results speak for themselves. The house was on the market for roughly 48 hours before I had an offer, and within about 72 hours, we had negotiated a counteroffer and reached a complete deal. Even better, my final proceeds ended up being approximately $30,000 more than I had originally expected when I started this process. Honestly, the financial result is only part of why I am so grateful to Laura. She made what could have been an incredibly stressful experience feel manageable and, at times, surprisingly easy. I never felt like just another client or transaction. She genuinely cared, she was patient with all of my questions, and she consistently made me feel like everything was under control. Laura did her job tenfold. She exceeded every expectation I had, both professionally and personally. By the end of the process, I was not just grateful that she sold my home — I was genuinely sad that we would not have a reason to talk all the time anymore! If you are looking for a realtor who is responsive, proactive, trustworthy, knowledgeable, hands-on, well-connected, and genuinely invested in taking care of her clients, I cannot recommend Laura highly enough. Choosing her was one of the best decisions I made during the entire home-selling process, and I am incredibly grateful for everything she did for me.
